1. Acceptance

By downloading or using ClipLens (the "app") or the website at cliplens.dev, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use ClipLens on devices you own or control. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or remove notices from the app except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

3. Beta software

ClipLens is currently in Beta. It is provided as-is and may contain bugs, change, or have features added or removed. We recommend keeping independent backups of important data.

4. Free and Pro plans

• The free plan is provided at no cost and includes the core clipboard features.
• The Pro plan is a paid subscription billed through our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy. Prices are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. If you cancel, Pro features revert to the free plan while your local clipboard history is preserved.
• Refunds are handled in line with our payment provider's policy — contact [email protected].

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use ClipLens to break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our services.

6. Your data

Your clipboard data stays on your device. How we handle the limited data we do process is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

ClipLens is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms or discontinue the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms.
